How this avoids double counting A building is capacity. Tag a deal to it, enter the deal's size, and that space comes off the building's remainder. The deal keeps its own stage weighting, the agency forecasts only what is still open, and the same square feet are never sold twice.

These are leads created, not calls made. Leads / Deals has no call field, the CRM activity timeline returns nothing through the API, and Last Activity Date is empty on every recent record. Counts come from each record's creation timestamp, attributed to its Lead Owner.

These are defaults only. Any single deal can override its fee rate from inside the deal row. Escalations compound on the prior year's rent, and fees are calculated on net rent after free rent.

Where your numbers live

Everything you type is saved in this browser the moment you type it. A Refresh pulls fresh board data and leaves your numbers untouched, because they are keyed to each deal's monday item id.

Pushing works one way only: a field goes to monday if monday already has a column for it. That means deal name, owner, stage, transaction type, and tenant where it matches an existing Company label. Once pushed, the board takes authority back, so the next Refresh reads monday rather than a stale local copy.

Everything else is dashboard-only because no column exists for it: product, size, rate, escalation, term, free rent and its placement, and the three overrides. Your backup file and the Excel export are the record for those.

With shared storage on, your deal numbers live on Cloudflare, not in this browser. Noah sees what you enter, a cache clear costs nothing, and a new laptop picks up where you left off. Typing still saves locally first and syncs a couple of seconds later, so a dropped connection loses nothing. Keep taking a backup before anything drastic anyway.
